International Port Management (IPM) is an innovative port operator and facility service provider, developing and deploying intelligent systems for the optimization of transport facilities, and investing in young, educated, and local human resources in every new country of opportunity. The energetic team at IPM consists of over 4,000 staff around the world.

The Group is structured as a conglomerate that, through common ownership, partnership, or parent-subsidiary relationship, now operates in the ports, logistics and transport sectors on a global scale. Its clients and operations are present in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Lebanon) and the Indian subcontinent (Pakistan and India), with previous experience in Africa, the Caribbean and South America.

The Group provides passenger and goods transportation solutions, offering it through operational services, technical support, system planning and integration, maintenance management and engineering services.

The Group is comprised of Operations and Maintenance companies, Advisory Management and Training companies, and Intelligent Products companies.

Top-level responsibilities in the Group are assigned on three premises – Discipline Leadership, Company Leadership and Regional Leadership – all overseen by the Group’s Global Executive Board (GEB).

The Discipline Leaders collectively form the Corporate Center which constitutes the backbone of the Group, steering its general direction. A Discipline Leader is the ultimate authority in the Group for that discipline.

Company Leaders direct the individual business divisions in the Group. These businesses maintain an arm’s length relationship amongst themselves and do not operate under a collective IPM brand. However, each of these businesses has the opportunity to leverage the Group’s resources and participate in projects led by affiliate business divisions following appropriate selection processes.
